Dept. : Development

Dianne earned her BA in History with a minor in Economics from Wellesley College, and her
MBA from the Olin School of Management at Babson College. She began her career in
commercial lending, corporate development, and investment management, before
transitioning into the not-for-profit sector. Dianne brings vast operational experience from
her prior roles at Women Working for Oceans (W2O), and Spruce Peak Performing Arts
Center in Stowe, Vermont, where she was involved in establishing their development,
fundraising, and major gift programs. She currently holds the role of Board Chair. Most
recently, she served as the Director of Marketing for Kingston Gallery in Boston.
Dianne is also an advocate for the arts, and has volunteered at the Museum of Fine Arts
Boston, as both a docent and a customer experience representative, and served on the
planning committee for their annual Art in Bloom fundraiser. Dianne’s lifelong interest in
visual arts started when her father, an artist, used to take her to art museums on weekends
and vacations. She also enjoys spending time outside, and is an avid yoga and meditation
practitioner. Creatively, Dianne enjoys knitting and cooking, dabbling in ceramics,
photography, watercolor, and poetry writing. She has never met a nature documentary that
she didn’t enjoy!
