In conjunction with the Merch Table pop-up shop, Portland Piano Trio and their 240 Strings students will offer a concert. After the concert, audience members are invited to walk around the corner to 49 Oak street to check out the students’ work and “merch” created to support 240 Strings and Portland Piano Trio, comprised of Tracey Jasas-Hardel (violin), Jing Li (cello), and Annie Antonicos, (piano), the teachers creating these remarkable opportunities for Portland youth to study instruments that those not wealthy enough to be able to afford private lessons can otherwise only study if they literally win a lottery in the school system.
