Photography Policy

In determining when Marketing and Communications will arrange for a photography session, the following questions should be kept in mind:

  1. Will the images be used for a homepage story or press release?
  2. Will they be used in one of the college’s publications?
  3. Will they be used for college news, web, social media or marketing purposes?

If the desired photography does not meet these criteria, Marketing and Communications (marketing@meca.edu) will be happy to provide a list of freelance photographers for departments and groups to consult.
