The Maine Film & Video Association (MFVA) will be hosting South Portland producer Lisa Quijano Wolfinger of Lone Wolf Media in a presentation of the Second Season of her most recent project, the prime time episodic drama for National PBS, Mercy Street. Wolfinger will be screening the first episode of the Second Season over a month earlier than its January 22nd premiere on Maine Public Television. She will lead a discussion of what it takes to sell an idea to the PBS network, how this second season differs from the first in terms of characters, story and production. Free Leonardo’s Pizza and drinks.

  • The event is open to all. MFVA members and MECA&D students are free.
  • Non-member admission is $10.

The series was co-created by David Zabel, (showrunner/writer for NBC’s ER) and is executive produced by David Zuker (The Good Wife) and Ridley Scott (Gladiator and Thelma & Louise).
