Sascha Braunig, Adjunct Instructor
Sascha Braunig currently lives and works in Portland, ME. She is primarily a painter, but has also made animation, videos and installation. She holds a BFA from The Cooper Union, New York, and an MFA in painting from Yale University, and has received fellowships from Yale and from the Vermont Studio Center. In 2011, she had two solo exhibitions at LISTE in Basel, Switzerland, and Foxy Production, New York. She has recently shown in group exhibitions at Scot Cohen, Hudson, NY; Port D’Or, Brooklyn, NY; the Bridgehampton Biennial, Bridgehampton, NY, and Simon Oldfield Gallery, London.
