David Puelle, Adjunct Assistant Professor
David brings a wealth of professional and entrepreneurial experience from several disciplines. He is a degreed professional in both the sciences (zoology) and the arts (graphic design). He has worked extensively in the area of business marketing, and has focussed on using design as a tool for organizing complex information in compelling and educational ways. After working abroad for USAID in Haiti, he returned to the US, received his BFA from MECA and founded a Portland-based marketing communications firm. In addition to a substantial body of award-winning corporate communications, he has designed museum exhibits, way finding systems and environmental graphics packages. His favorite design challenges are branding projects requiring a focus on graphic identity systems.
