Sue Nutty, Assistant Professor
Assistant Professor Nutty's research interests include issues of patronage and art collecting in 19th century America and England, as well as Victorian art, women artists and representations of women, and the artists J.M.W. Turner and Whistler. At MECA, she teaches the introductory art history survey course, Women and Art, and courses in 19th and 20th century art. Prior to moving to Maine, she lived and taught in London, cultivating her Anglophilia.
