The MFA Archive Project re-imagines the relationship between the archive and contemporary art practices, drawing upon the creative and documentary resources of the MFA in Studio Arts program at Maine College of Art. The Archive comprises books, prints, photographs, press clippings, recorded lectures, documents, transcripts, interviews and original works of art. The archive is co-housed in the Joanne Waxman Library and the MFA offices.
Moth Press publishes original texts and audio-visual recordings and interviews which further engage in critical areas of dialogue within the Archive Project.
