Withdrawal and Refund Policy
If you withdraw from a class at least six business days before the first class, you will receive a 100% refund of tuition plus studio fee paid. If you withdraw five business days or less before the first class, you will receive a credit voucher towards a future course for 75% of tuition only. There are no refunds or credits once a class begins. If the College cancels the course, all fees will be refunded. Unless you have notified the Continuing Studies office of your withdrawal, no refunds or credit vouchers will be issued. Refunds may take up to four weeks. Special restrictions apply to certain off-campus programs. Please see the course description for details.
If you feel your circumstances warrant special consideration, you may send a letter of appeal to the Director of Continuing Studies. Appeals should be postmarked within 14 days of withdrawal and include a completed course evaluation form.
The College reserves the right to cancel courses, substitute instructors, change course times, and limit enrollment. The student agrees to abide by any and all rules of the College. The College will assume no responsibility for any loss, personal or physical. With enrollment, a student consents to being photographed in classes or student activities on or off campus. These photographs may be used by the College in future promotional efforts without specific written permission from the student.
